As shown in figure 1(f-g), the levels of CHN1 in HGC-27 (undifferentiated GC cells), AGS (moderately differentiated GC cells), MKN-45 (poorly differentiated GC cells), and MKN-74 (well-differentiated GC cells) were remarkably different from those in GES-1 (healthy gastric epithelial cells) (**P < 0.01, ****P < 0.0001). Here, CHN1 is linked to gastric cancer.
