In this study, tNGS revealed that the frequencies of CDK6, MET, and NOTCH1 mutations were noticeably higher in EJA tissues with lymph node metastasis than in adjacent tissues, while the frequency of LRP1B mutations was significantly lower in cases with lymph node metastasis than in para‐cancerous tissues. Here, MET is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
