LIMK1 and lung adenocarcinoma: Figure 5A showed a network of LIMK1 and its 10 co-expression genes. As shown in Figure 5B, changes in the biological process of LIMK1 were associated with actin filament organization, regulation of actin filament-based process, and actin cytoskeleton organization. Functional annotations indicated that these genes were involved in purine ribonucleoside binding, GTP Binding, and GTPase activity. The correlation analyses between the expression of LIMK1 and co-expressed genes in lung adenocarcinoma from TCGA were shown in Figures 5C–I.
