Among the different histological subtypes, the highest incidence of MYB positivity was recorded in serous carcinoma (97%, 249/256) and mucinous carcinoma (97%, 36/37), followed by clear-cell carcinoma (83%, 10/12), and endometrioid carcinoma (75%, 9/12). The gene discussed is MYB; the disease is serous adenocarcinoma.
