The CCM is rich in functional proteins, and its molecular repertoire is divided into three categories according to its use: (1) membrane proteins that mediate homotypic binding, such as selectin, tissue factor-antigen, and integrins (2) markers that promote immune escape, such as CD47; and (3) unique tumor antigens that stimulate the immune response of the body (Fang et al., 2018; He et al., 2020; Janiszewska et al., 2020). This evidence concerns the gene CD47 and neoplasm.
