IL1B and neoplasm: IL1β-mRNA transport into the nucleus elicited three functions: (1) enhancing tumoricidal activity with cell migration ability and IFN-γ production, (2) regulation of antiapoptotic gene expression by associating with RNA Pol II, and (3) controlling the NK cell survival and prolonged IFN-γ production in a tumor microenvironment (Fig. 8).
