Among the 14 identified prognostic genes, 6 genes (TNFRSF4, ZAP70, CXCL5, CHRM2, CTSG, and IGLV3-22) were reported to be associated with promoting antitumor immunity in previously published papers, 4 genes (SPINK6, POSTN, CLLU1OS, and CEACAM7) were associated with the metastasis of tumor cells, and 4 genes (ERMN, SLC6A18, TG, and NETO1) were associated with other diseases. This evidence concerns the gene CHRM2 and neoplasm.
