ATG9B and colorectal carcinoma: TEM assay and western blot are presented to show that high expression of ATG9B during starvation could increase the formation of autophagosomes (Fig. S3A), and enhance light chain 3II (LC3II)/I ratio and decrease p62 protein level (Fig. S3B, C), demonstrating that ATG9B can accelerate the process of autophagy during CRC starvation.
