We subsequently investigated the clinical value of assessing JAK2-induced BECN1 Y333 phosphorylation in patients and observed that p-BECN1 (Y333) levels in CRC tissues (Cohort-1) were positively correlated with p-JAK2 levels via IHC staining (Fig. 6a, b).
