The CIS myoblasts showed significantly decreased expressions of MyoD1, myogenin, and MHC, and a decreased ratio of p-AKT1 (ser473)/AKT1 compared to the NOR myoblasts, implying that cisplatin treatment significantly declined the myotube differentiation ability of the myoblasts (Figures 3A,B). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is in situ carcinoma.
