Mutations such as N370S and L444P in GBA protein are reported in various PD patient based clinical studies (Toft et al., 2006; Marco et al., 2008; Mata et al., 2008; Hu et al., 2010; Emelyanov et al., 2012) as well as in in vitro (Maor et al., 2019) and in vivo (Taguchi et al., 2017; Yun et al., 2018) models of PD.
