Comparing HCC tissues with normal tissues, we found that there were significant differences in (16) immune cells, including memory B cells, plasma cells, CD8 T cells, naive CD4 T cells, active memory CD4 T cells, follicular helper T cells, regulatory T cells, resting NK cells, active NK cells, monocytes, M0 macrophages, M1 macrophages, M2 macrophages, resting mast cells and neutrophils. The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
