TP53 and cancer: We found these pathways were primarily enriched in immune-related biological processes, including cell adhesion molecules, T cell receptor signaling pathways, natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity and B cell receptor signaling pathways, and cancer-associated pathways, such as the phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (Akt) signaling pathway, the p53 signaling pathway, and the nuclear factor (NF)-κB signaling pathway.
