METTL18 and hepatocellular carcinoma: To explore METTL18-associated pathways in HCC, we applied GSEA between the expression data of METTL18-high and -low to investigate significant differences (nominal, NOM p value < 0.05; false discovery rate, FDR q value < 0.25) in enrichment of the Molecular Signatures Database Collection (MSigDB) (c2.cp.reactome/biocarta/kegg.v6.2.symbols.gmt).
