Cheng et al. [8] showed that two estrogen-induced transcription factors, E2F transcription factor 6 (E2F6) and enhancer of Zeste 2 Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 Subunit (EZH2) inhibited miR-193a via an endogenous competitive RNA (ceRNA) mechanism in ovarian cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene E2F6 and ovarian carcinoma.
