Consistently, patients with higher ATP5B expression in the TCGA and METABRIC datasets also had worse overall survival outcomes (Figure 4B) and four cohorts (GSE1456-GPL96, GSE3494-GPL96, GSE4922-GPL96, and GSE7390) by using PrognoScan, including different endpoints for breast cancer patients, showed that higher ATP5B expression was associated with an unfavorable prognosis (Table 3).
