SFTSV NSs exhibited colocalization with LC3, p62, and Lamp2b under SFTSV infection status, while SFTSV NSs alone was incapable of colocalizing with LC3, p62, and Lamp2b under NSs transfection status (37), indicating that other SFTSV proteins, such as RdRp, Gn, Gc, or NP, or host molecules may mediate this binding process. This evidence concerns the gene MAP1LC3A and infection.
