In the present study, our results showed that the expression level of PRR increased and the expression level of pAMPK decreased in diabetic cardiomyopathy rats, leading to an increase in the expression level of YAP, which led to an increase of fibrosis and inflammation in the myocardium of diabetic cardiomyopathy rats. This evidence concerns the gene ATP6AP2 and diabetic cardiomyopathy.
