High blood triglycerides (6.1 vs. 4.4%), hyperuricemia (0 vs. 8.8%), total bilirubin increased (7.6 vs. 2.9%), alanine aminotransferase (3.0 vs. 5.9%), and aspartate aminotransferase (3.0 vs. 4.4%) and lowered neutrophil count (6.1 vs. 10.3%) were the common treatment-related TEAEs in the HOT-3010 as compared with adalimumab group, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene GPT and hyperuricemia.
