ATR1 have been shown to be upregulated in various cancer cells including melanoma, glioblastoma, prostate, renal, bladder, breast, and pancreatic cancer (Miyajima et al., 2002[33]; Du et al., 2012[18]; Renziehausen, 2017[44]; Renziehausen et al., 2019[43]; Afsar et al., 2021[2]; Arjmand et al., 2020[6]; Asgharzadeh et al., 2020[9]). This evidence concerns the gene AGTR1 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
