At present, CD123 targeting therapy for AML are in advanced preclinical and clinical development, and they exhibit robust anti-leukemic activity, including antibody–drug conjugate (ADC), bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) and chimeric antigen receptor T-Cell immunotherapy (CART) (Gill, 2019; Slade and Uy, 2020). This evidence concerns the gene IL3RA and acute myeloid leukemia.
