Combined DDX5/DDX17/DGCR8 expression profiles as a signature showed a stronger effect, HR = 0.47 (95% CI: 0.4-0.55, logrank P-value = 1 × 1016) (Fig 6G), meaning that lower expression of this set of signature genes correlated with ∼2 times increase in the survival of breast cancer patients.
