To learn more about how the expression of TP73-AS1 is regulated, and given that its expression is increased during aging in glioma [33], we first asked if TP73-AS1 expression is associated with natural aging in the brain and interrogated the Cotman dataset [42], using R2 software [45] and 60-year-old brains as a cutoff.
