To broadly assess the antiproliferative activities of GZD824 against cancer cells with FGFRs abnormal activation, we selected more than 10 solid cancer cells, including H1581 and A204 (FGFR1 amplification), KATOIII, NCI‐H716, and SNU16 (FGFR2 amplification), RT112 (FGFR3‐TACC3), MDA‐MB‐453 (FGFR4‐Y367C mutant activation), and other FGFRs with low expression of cancer cells as negative controls. This evidence concerns the gene FGFR4 and cancer.
