Figure 6, shows the results of the survival analysis with survival curves for TPM2 in six cancer datasets. Similarly, TPM2 has been demonstrated in previous experiments to be a diagnostic marker for colorectal cancer and breast cancer. For example, hypoxia-induced TPM2 methylation is associated with chemoresistance and poor prognoses for breast cancer (21), and is also associated between epigenetic silencing of TPM2 and colorectal cancer (22). Here, TPM2 is linked to breast carcinoma.
