Clinically, there are so many immunotyping markers for distinguishing ALL in every newly diagnosed patient, as follows: TdT+, CD19+, CD79a+, CD10±, CD 20±, cyIgM±, surface immunoglobulin (sIg)- for B-ALL; and TdT+, cyCD3+, CD7 + T- for ALL [26, 27].
