In these naturally low GRK5 expressing tissues, upregulation of GRK5 is increasing aggressiveness of glioma (Kaur et al., 2013) and is associated with increased proliferation of prostate cancer (Kim et al., 2012; Chakraborty et al., 2014; DeRita et al., 2017). This evidence concerns the gene GRK5 and prostate carcinoma.
