A total of 16 shared core enriched genes were identified, including CCNB2, CDC20, CDC25A, CDC25B, CDK1, CHEK1, ESPL1, MAD2L1, MCM2, MCM3, MCM5, MCM6, MYC, ORC6, PLK1, and PTTG1. These data suggested that the positive expression of CT83 in breast cancer is correlated with the activation of cell cycle signaling, especially the activation of the 16 shared core enriched genes in Cell Cycle, G2M Checkpoint, and E2F Targets pathways. Here, MYC is linked to breast carcinoma.
