Nine of the 40 prioritized genes are the targets of existing asthma drugs including IL4R (dupilumab), SMAD3 (corticosteroids), IL6 (clazakizumab, sirukumab), TNFSF4 (oxelumab), TSLP (tezepelumab), CCR4 (mogamulizumab), IL13 (anrukinzumab, lebrikizumab, dectrekumab, tralokinumab), IL5 (mepolizumab, reslizumab), and IL2RA (daclizumab). Here, TNFSF4 is linked to asthma.
