NLRP3 and Anxiety: The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before chronic stress (Fig. 2e–h), but the depressive- and anxiety-like behaviors of wild-type CUMS mice were significantly more serious than that of Nlrp3−/− CUMS mice, suggesting less immobile time in FST and more rearings in OFT (Fig. 2e, f).
