Increased expression of several KDMs including LSD1 (KDM1A), a lysine-specific demethylase, and JmjC-KDMs as JMJD1A/KDM3A, JMJD1B/KDM3B, JMJD2A/KDM4A, JMJD2C/KDM4C, JARID1B/KDM5B, and PHF8/KDM7B was also reported in PCa, resulting in higher PCa proliferation, migration, and invasion (Fig. 2C) [87]. This evidence concerns the gene KDM1A and posterior cortical atrophy.
