Serum FOXJ2-Ab levels were higher in patients with CTEPH and PAH (but not in those with OSA) than in HDs, whereas serum DIDO1-Ab and CPSF2-Ab levels did not show any apparent difference between HDs and patients with CTEPH, PAH, or OSA (Supplementary Table S3). This evidence concerns the gene DIDO1 and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
