Across 20 control samples, FFPE-TLC detected no rearrangements, demonstrating the robust capability of PLIER in masking the intrinsic topological and methodological noise that inevitably is present in (FFPE) proximity-ligation datasets, while able to detect rearrangements involving MYC, BCL2, and BCL6 across the lymphoma samples. This evidence concerns the gene MYC and lymphoma.
