The results indicated that a total of 119 genes were highly correlated with HJURP (r ≥ 0.6, P < 0.05, Fig. 4A and Supplementary Table S5) and the cell-cycle pathway had the highest number of enriched genes (Fig. 4B), indicating that HJURP may primarily regulate the cell cycle in PCa cells. This evidence concerns the gene HJURP and posterior cortical atrophy.
