GPER1 and breast cancer: The activation of GPER by G-1, E2 or 4-hydroxytamoxifen (OHT) promotes the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), c-fos, Cyr61, EGR1 and regulates the adhesion/spreading, proliferation and migration of CAFs in rapid and slow manner in breast cancer [114, 115].
