Anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), panitumumab, and cetuximab are key standard drugs for patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) with RAS wild-type tumors [1–4], achieving a median overall survival (OS) of approximately 30 months [1, 2, 5, 6].
