Clinical variables associated with angina frequency included being a current smoker (OR, 1.71; 95% CI, 1.23-2.37), having chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (OR, 1.77; 95% CI, 1.39-2.25), having diabetes (OR, 1.43; 95% CI, 1.13-1.82), and use of a P2Y12 inhibitor (OR, 1.63; 95% CI, 1.24-2.13), long-acting nitrates (OR, 2.31; 95% CI, 1.73-3.08), ranolazine (OR, 3.04; 95% CI, 1.47-6.30), or insulin (OR, 1.41; 95% CI, 1.07-1.87).
