Introduction of miR-373 mimics significantly increasedaccumulation of BAX and cleaved CASPASE-8/9/3 in the two PC cell lines included in thiswork, while the expression levels of BCL-2 and uncleaved PARP were suppressed (Fig .4A, B).Likewise, silence of SIRT1 also promoted expression of BAX and activatedCASPASE-8/9/3 in studied PC cells, whereas the accumulation of BCL-2 and uncleaved PARPwere declined (Fig .4C, D).
