In this study, the frequency of peripheral DPT in patients with pSS was increased, which was negatively correlated with ESR and IgG, which was positively correlated with anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 and was negatively correlated with disease activity score, thus suggesting that the peripheral DPT has immunosuppression function that plays a protective role in the occurrence and development of diseases. Here, IL10 is linked to peeling skin syndrome.
