DLC-1 is a GTPase-activating protein that targets Rho (Kim et al., 2007), and as a tumor suppressor, DLC-1 is not only involved in hepatocarcinogenesis, but also inhibits the cancer progression and oncogenic autophagy of hepatocellular carcinoma (Wu et al., 2018) (Zhou et al., 2004). This evidence concerns the gene DLC1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
