After univariate logistic analysis using potentially significant variables, seven variables including the BCLC stage, tumor size (≤7 cm, >7 cm), alpha-fetoprotein level (≤200 ng/dl, >200 ng/dl), albumin–bilirubin (ALBI) grade, number of lesions (1, >1), number of lobes involved (unilobar, bilobar), and age (≤55 years, >55 years) were identified as strong risk factors associated with one-year disease control (Table 2).
