The univariate analysis showed that the APACHE II score, the SOFA score, the GCS score, MB ≥ 1,000 ng/ml, the presence of DIC, the cystatin C level, INR, FIB level, and the D-dimer level were closely related to 90-day mortality in patients with AKI (all P < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene CST3 and acute kidney injury.
