As shown in Table 2, after adjusting the impact of well-established prognostic indicators such as age, cytogenetic risk stratification, FLT3-ITD, CKIT, and BiCEBPA mutations at diagnosis, the post-consolidation MFC MRD status was independently associated with both RFS and OS of AML patients (RFS: HR = 3.635, 95% CI: 2.433–5.431, P <0.001; OS: HR = 3.511, 95% CI: 2.191–5.626, P <0.001).
