In both studies, higher expression levels of GAS5 correlated with higher docetaxel sensitivity (as indicated with higher imputed docetaxel response) in prostate cancer patients (SU2C: Pearson correlation coefficient r = -0.31, P = 0.0046, PROMOTE: Pearson correlation coefficient r = -0.48, P < 1.9 x 10-6 (Figures 1C, D).
