The pathway enrichment of positively related genes of ITGA3 is shown in Figure 7C, and KEGG pathway analysis showed that positively related genes were involved: pathways in cancer, focal adhesion, MAPK signaling pathway, Rap1 signaling pathway, breast cancer, TGF-β signaling pathway, cell adhesion molecules, and leukocyte transendothelial migration. Here, ITGA3 is linked to breast carcinoma.
