Additionally, ROC curves were used to analyze the diagnostic value of the ARID5A gene in gliomas, and our results showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of ARID5A were 0.704, 0.740, and 0.736 for the CGGA datasets (Figure 5A) and 0.774, 0.753, and 0.730 for the TCGA datasets (Figure 5B) in 1, 3, and 5 years, respectively, indicating that the expression level of ARID5A had good diagnostic value for gliomas. The gene discussed is ARID5A; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
