In summary, increased NAT10 expression was correlated with poor prognosis in 12 types of cancer, especially ACC, KIRP, LIHC, HNSC, and PCPG, and with increased immune infiltration levels of CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and DCs in various cancers. Here, NAT10 is linked to adrenal cortex carcinoma.
