Besides, in Wachi's dataset 30 and Bhattacharjee's dataset 24, the decrease of GATA6 was found in squamous cell lung carcinoma compared with normal samples with a FC of -4.710 and -2.600, respectively, while there were -5.083-fold, -3.568-fold, -2.368-fold and -3.392-fold decrease in GATA6 mRNA expression in lung adenocarcinoma, respectively 26-29. This evidence concerns the gene GATA6 and squamous cell lung carcinoma.
