When we evaluated the combined effect of RECK and PD-L1 on the prognosis of HCC patients, we found that the RECK positive and PD-L1 negative patients had the best 1-, 3-, and 5-year OS and RFS (Figure 7G,H, 100%,100% and 100%; 92.3%, 84.6% and 69.2%, respectively) and the RECK negative and PD-L1 positive patients had the worst 1-, 3-, and 5-year OS and RFS (Figure 7G, H, 74.6%, 52.5% and 30.5%; 82.9%, 48.0% and 37.2%, respectively).
