From the results of the circRNA-ceRNA network constructed on the basis of the differentially expressed circRNAs, miRNAs and mRNAs obtained from the sequencing analysis results and the series of circRNAs predicted by KEGG analysis that are closely related to the cGPM-PKG signaling pathway, we found that the novel_circ_0003012/mmu-miR-298-3p/Smoc2 signaling axis may be closely related to the pathological mechanism of AD. This evidence concerns the gene PRKG1 and Alzheimer disease.
